This presentation will examine several practical approaches to Requirements Analysis & Design Definition. Starting from the very beginning (ideation) and working forward through the life of a project, Paula will illustrate which techniques are most effective in executing the tasks outlined by this chapter of the BABOK, and at what stages of a project they are best applied (as well as how they differ from one type of project to the next).
