    Diversity and Inclusion (D & I) training is foundational to any organizational commitment to people development as it speaks to the rapidly growing diversity within our society. We can transform our tendency to “make assumptions” regarding our colleagues’ viewpoints, lifestyles, or languages toward productive and co-creative inclusivity. This session is designed to assist participants reposition unconscious biases and navigate the murky waters that embracing diversity presents us with. Although the navigation may be uncomfortable initially, our work together will highlight the organizational (performance and productivity) and personal benefits realized through investing in cultural inclusivity.
