How to Trust, Negotiate and Build Awareness for Project Success

Participants will explore the necessary leadership needed to successfully manage projects when their sponsor or senior management are naïve, indifferent or obstructive in their critical role. The leadership competencies that are reviewed and exercised are part of the TINA Model™ (trust, influence, negotiate and awareness). Participants will leave the session with an understanding of the following:
• Awareness of self, others and the environment
• Focused win/win negotiations
• Primary ways we and others are influenced
• How trust is a basic foundation of all relationships, business or personal and should be managed as an asset.
