Groups - any group of 5 people or more registering from one organization for any part of the conference are entitled to a group discount. Please call 1-888-443-6786 ext 2236 to receive your group discount code. Or visit the groups link above.
IIBA and PMI Members are entitled to the group discount, however this cannot be combined with any other group or corporate sponsorship discount.
We reserve the right to provide qualified substitute speakers in the event of emergency, illness or other like event. If for any reason we have to cancel a workshop or track session the attendee is still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee. We will make every attempt to immediately notify registrants of any changes or cancellations.
Confirmation of Registration and Receipts
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration, which, if you have paid by credit card, includes your receipt, if you provide us with your e-mail address on your registration form.
If you do not receive your e-mail confirmation please contact us.
Cancellations and Badge Transfers
Cancellations made in writing 30 days out from the event start date, will be accepted subject to a cancellation service charge of $100.00. Registrants that do not attend the program or cancel after 30 days out from the event start date are liable for the full fee. Registrations received after 30 days out from the event start date are 100% non-refundable. Entire registrations may be transferred to a colleague at any time without penalty.
Invoices are prepared for group registrations only. These are initiated by the group contact at your company at the onset of registering those attending. If you are part of a group which is being invoiced for all registrations, please be sure to contact the group organizer at your company prior to registering to ensure the proper procedure is followed.
If you are not sure who to contact, please contact us for further information. If your company has been given a group discount code, but is not being invoiced, proceed to register on line using this code to receive the discounted pricing. Payment is made by credit card.
Registration Fee Refund
From time to time, difficulty may be experienced in registering or while attending the event. While these situations are very rare, registration fee refunds are not given. We are able to provide a credit towards a future Project Summit & BusinessAnalystWorld event. These situations are dealt with on an individual basis through Customer Service while you are at the event only. Subsequent requests following the event will not result in a credit being provided.
If you have received a credit from a previous event, please contact us to discuss how it can be redeemed.
This code will appear as part of the mailing label on our postcard/brochure, in an e-mail, or on an advertisement or be provided to companies sending a group of delegates. Please insert the code when prompted. This will allow us to find out how you heard about us. The invitation code does not provide any discount.
Group Discount Codes
Many companies are able to send more than five people, enabling them to receive a group discount. If you have the special group invitation code, please enter it where indicated. You will see the discounted pricing.
